This policy explains what information Fade Kings LLC ("Fade Kings," "we") collects through this website, our booking system, our chat, text messages and our phone line, and how we use it.
What we collect
- Booking details you give us: your name, mobile number, the barber, service, day and time you request.
- Messages and calls: what you type in our website chat or text us, and our phone calls. When our automated assistant answers, calls may be recorded and transcribed so we can help you.
- Basic technical data: like any website, our hosting provider and the Google services embedded on this page (fonts and the map) receive your device's IP address and browser details when you visit.
How we use it
- To take, confirm, change or cancel your appointment, and to let your barber reach you about it.
- To send you texts about your booking that you asked for (see our SMS Terms).
- To answer your questions and improve our service.
We do not sell your personal information.
Who we share it with
We share information only with service providers that run our booking, messaging and phone systems on our behalf — mainly MyTradeline, our booking and messaging platform (see MyTradeline's privacy policy), and the text-messaging and AI providers it uses — and only so they can provide that service to us. We may also disclose information if required by law.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All of the categories above exclude text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Your choices
- Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving texts. Reply HELP for help.
- To see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, call us at (512) 855-0564 or ask us in the shop.
How we protect it
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, and we limit access to the people and service providers who need it to run your booking. No system is perfectly secure, but we'll tell you if a problem affects your information when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep booking and message records for as long as needed to run the shop and our booking history, and to meet legal obligations, and then delete them.
Children
Kids are welcome in our chairs, but bookings should be made by a parent or guardian. We don't knowingly collect personal information online from children under 13.
